Cynder's confident that Gaul doesn't know her secret; he's about to, though. She spent the last two days gathering the most foul, putrid things she could find, rolling them into one slimy, reeking ball. Gaul is walking under her hiding place now.
With a grunt, Cynder takes off, flailing her little wings to stay aloft. The stinky blob hits Gaul right on the helmet. He roars and tries to grab her but she's just out of reach. Landing on a high ledge, Cynder makes the rudest gesture she knows and runs, breathing hard and laughing.

Last one for the night. I actually wrote this on the drive home from work tonight and it's one of my favorite. I love the idea of being able to make a crude sign with one's tail.
