Someone on the Sly Cooper lj community wanted me to draw Penelope in a 15th century dress. Normally, I don't take requests, but that one got the muse going, and then Stoker and I started talking about the idea and...ta-da!
I have no idea if that looks anything at all like a 15th century dress. All I had was my scant memory of a Google search I'd run twenty minutes earlier; I did what I could. *shrug*
It stands to reason that the only people who could actually steal from Sly Cooper would be members of his own gang, and of those members, only Bentley and Penelope seem like they'd be the types to do so (mostly for the challenge and because I just know Bentley loves a good prank). I'm sure she's going to give it back to him after he's figured out it's gone.

That's really adorable! Reminds me of how much I loved Penelope, she got a good deal of screentime in the game which made me happy. ^^ My favorite things are the bows, they make her look so adorably girly which comes out quite cute on her. :3 But that sneaky smirk is so her!
